They say a women’s spiritual journey is sisterhood and a man’s spiritual journey is to go into the cave and face his shadow. The woman is not meant to go there with him, but rather love him from afar. Let him meet her in the light.

To me, this concept reaches beyond lovers, and can be approached to relationships of all kinds. Once you’ve experienced it, you will have experienced this spiritual rite of passage and you will never be the same. You will be powerful, compassionate & centered in love and the highest good for all Earth’s Guests.

Nothing will ever change if we stay or live in a state of constant blame or hate. It’s not until we can take a look at our part in it, that things will change. The more we allow our pain to remain unconscious, the more things will stay the same and the more painful they will continue to be. History will continue to repeat itself until someone decides to make the unconscious conscious. And then, high tide raises all ships. And only love is real.

I choose to be kind to everyone, especially to those who have treated me poorly, because they need it the most. I choose to see the beauty in everyone and have learned discernment. My angels protect me, the truth always rises and the light always shines. You get to a point where you no longer let intense emotions or projections drain or pull from your heart or your light, or even worse — make you someone you’re not. It’s brave to see the beauty and potential in everyone and to stand tall and gracefully in love. To speak of the good and to pray for the bad. And to always choose health, beauty & peace.

feel it ~ heal it. process. get back to loving. the world needs our love, not our drama or trauma or unresolved emotions. only love is real and the path is forward. so much magic to be had. choose love, forgiveness, compassion. expand your mind, open your heart. see it in a different light. let the pain open you, not harden you.

I am thankful for Love ~ in all ways. They say that life hardens us ~ I understand, but will always choose to disagree ~ I find that every year I get older, I am able to love more deeply, authentically & unconditionally. Happy Thanksgiving XOXO

The prayer and concept behind the name of my new studio. It fills us with grace and gives us hope and the strength to transform and stand tall as ourselves in our lives. To continue to live fully and be open to miracles no matter what we’ve been through, are going through, and will go through. To stand in awe of our own lives. I usually have so many words. I don’t know, this year it all feels so much softer. I have so much reverence for another’s pain… so much gratitude for my experiences. Life is so fleeting ~ all that really matters is that we stay open to enjoy it all. Happy Thanksgiving..

At the end of the day, all you can do is hope that you helped someone love themselves more. You hope that you let them know that you felt their beauty — and that their beauty was in so much more than what they’ve ever been acknowledged for. You let them know that their beauty lies in their insecurities and in their repeating patterns. You showed up and listened to their sensitivities, you tried your best to help them move through them, with them. All you can hope is that you helped them find the courage to stand up for themselves — to choose pure love, truth, and forgiveness. For themselves first, and for everyone else around them afterwards.

Maybe it’s all an illusion and there is no hierarchy to “We the People”. Today I am praying for Humanity. Not just blue, not just red — white. Purity. Goodness. High Love. Bright Light. At this point, all the rest is noise and trauma. Love will always win. And maybe that’s what this election is about. Choosing Love. Being the Light. We are after all red, white and blue. #mood.
